The new parts work great, but the clock doesn't. It runs with the upper mechanism upside down, but it stops when approaching right side up level. Oh well. A challenge I'll get fixed - or not. Love the clock when working!

I appreciate getting my replacement part. Not happy that I had to pay 9.45 for a replacement part that was needed for poor manufacturing on your end. I paid over $60 for the model kit then needed to pay more due to factory negligence. Will pay closer attention to who I order from in the future.

I have asked and paid for postage and never received the replacement. I have complained and I only get a reply that it will be sent to be patient. I have been more than patient and wish you would either refund my postage or send me the replacement. Poor customer service.

All our models are carefully selected, designed and tested many times. The quality is no problem. Considering the difference in hands-on ability of each person, it is inevitable that some problems will occur. Here we share some tips for model assembly

Due to the natural properties of wood, wooden parts are fragile and you need to use proper force to put them together

All wooden model drive parts or modules. Always use sandpaper to sand and wax block to lubricate. Make sure that the drive parts will work properly. This is the key to successfully completing your wooden model.

Stay patient, follow the instruction steps, pay attention to the front and back of the parts and orientation and you're done.
