Thank you for your love of WEWOWOOD. If you are not satisfied with our product, please let us know and we can help you return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, minus return shipping and handling.

Returns are allowed

• Received damaged product (excluding outer packaging damaged in transit)
• Products received in error

Cannot be returned:

• Used items.
• You lost the original packaging.
• The item is broken or damaged.
• The return period has expired.
• We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return process.

For non-defective returned merchandise, we may charge 20% of the retail price of each product as a re-stocking, handling and transaction fee, shipping charges will not be refunded.

• If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise the order is sent out and we are unable to stop it.
• Due to air transport policy, glue, battery, wax, or pigment may not be included in the package.
