Return & Exchange Policy


Thank you for your love of WEWOWOOD. If you are not satisfied with our product, please let us know and we can help you return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, minus return shipping and handling.

Returns are allowed
  • Received damaged product (excluding outer packaging damaged in transit)
  • Products received in error
Cannot be returned:
  • Used items.
  • You lost the original packaging.
  • The item is broken or damaged.
  • The return period has expired.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return process.

For non-defective returned merchandise, we may charge 20% of the retail price of each product as a re-stocking, handling and transaction fee, shipping charges will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise the order is sent out and we are unable to stop it.

Refund policy

All Of Models Are Quality Checked And Accounted For Before Being Shipped Out, However For Instances Where There Are Issues With The Orders, Please Refer Below.

Refunds

If you don't enjoy your first package from wewowood, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund less return shipping & handling costs.

Please note that we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been opened up for usage.

Arrangements for a return must be made within 30 days from the date
when the order is received

Defective Items

If a defective part was reported and a label piece was sent out to you but it comes back fully functional or damaged, then the charge for the label will be deducted from the refund.

If a return does not come back in the condition it was sent out, a refund may be denied, and your piece may be sent back out to you at your expense. If your part does not qualify for a refund, we will reach out to you, and if there are no responses within 7 days, the piece will be properly recycled.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, please make sure you order the model you want before you buy.
