We will process your order within 1-2 business days and shipping to most countries worldwide takes 7-15 business days!

We have three different warehouses in the USA, Spain and Shanghai. The order system will select the nearest warehouse to ship your order based on your location. It takes 1-3 business days to process your order.

All orders are subject to product availability and if an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship you the available portion of your order. When that item is in stock, we will immediately reship it to you. In addition, your order may be shipped in batches (orders with large quantities).

Due to air transportation restrictions, glue, batteries, and wax blocks are prohibited. You need to prepare the above materials by yourself.

We will do our best to pack your order. We can't guarantee that the outer box of the product will be damaged or deformed during transportation, as long as there is no problem inside the product. We do not accept returns for refunds.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the address provided is incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise we are unable to process orders that have already been shipped.
